Well I haven't written in a while! Not much has changed with my health, but I found a new doctor! She really is great, she is a functional doctor, so lots of diet and lifestyle changes.
The first to go was my love of Mt. Dew!
Today though is day one of a 21 day Elimination diet.
Breakfast; Blueberry & Pecan oatmeal! Kind of lacking in flavor unless I got a mouthful of blueberries!
Snack~Almonds & a fresh Pear
Lunch~ quinoa Salad with Chicken, grapes, and almonds
Snack~ sugar snap peas and carrot sticks with fresh salsa
Dinner~ Baked Salmon with dill, oven roasted veggies, mixed green salad with a specific vinaigrette!
I sure am glad the menu came with shopping list and recipes!!! I'm ready for dinner already!
